SAFETY
Daily Life CK is a personal phone check-in and emergency contact service that provides daily calls. It is an excellent additional connection beyond calling 911 or using other emergency devices. Panic buttons and cell phones are no help if a person is injured and unable to get to a phone, or not capable of pressing a panic button.
PETS
Many of us have pets that we love. This service is a safeguard for beloved pets as well, as they could go for long periods of time without basic needs being fulfilled.
FRIENDLY and CARING
All phone calls are made exclusively by our warm and caring Senior Life Ck Associates who call the same client on a regular basis. This way a close connection will be made to develop a personal relationship.
INDEPENDENCE
Daily Life CK supports independent living by helping to prevent situations where assistance is needed but not reached. Our service provides our clients, pets, family, friends, and neighbors a sense of security with a greater peace of mind when loved ones are home alone. While nothing can guarantee that emergencies will not happen, through the frequency of personal connections, Daily Life CK can help minimize precious time between an issue and help.
HOW OUR SERVICE WORKS?
Our local Senior Life Ck Associates will call the client each day on their cell phone line or land line according to the selected service plan. Your Senior Life Ck Associate will chat with the client for a few moments to confirm that they are well and briefly chat to hopefully brighten their day just a bit like a friend reaching out. Just answer the phone and chat.
No Answer? What Next?
If the Senior Life Ck Associate is unable to reach the client by phone on the first call, the Associate will call again within the next 20 minutes.
If you have an emergency or have missed our call to you. Please feel free to call us back.
Yellow Alert
At 20 minutes a 2nd attempt is made, if the client does not answer their phone, they will be placed on a Yellow Alert Status. An Associate will call and try to reach the client again in 3 hours.
Red Alert
At 3 hours if there is no contact with the client at that time, the client is placed on a Red Alert Status. The Associate will immediately begin calling people or emergency organizations listed on the Personal Emergency Contact List in the priority order provided. Emergency contacts are people who can physically check on the client and can be family, friends, neighbors, people who can care for the pets, or Local Emergency Services.
The Personal Emergency Contact List must be completed prior to beginning service. Our Senior Life CK Associate will call each contact prior to beginning service to introduce themselves.
All plans offer Yellow Alert Status (no answer 20-minute call back), Red Alert Status (3 hour call back) and Emergency Contact calling when needed.

Choose the Time for the Phone Calls within a ½ hour window of time (i.e. If you select 9 am, the call may be between 9:00 am - 9:30 am)
Providing exceptional service and quality is our goal so the service coverage is only available for Fairbanks and Alaska. There are no contracts or commitments. Cancel service at any time. Our service is billed monthly.
